Yes, we use highly secured payment gateway (CC Avenue) and we don’t store any information used by you to make payment to us online.
Yes, we provide you electronic invoice and order summary at the earliest after receipt of payment.
Yes, 18% GST and if applicable any other taxes / charges pertaining at the time of transaction as per government regulations.
Payment made towards subscription are Non-refundable, once the subscription is activated.
We will refund to your account using NEFT and it will take 5 – 7 working days.
We don’t expect our customer to cancel the services. However, cancellation requested after receipt of payment is subjected to deduction of 10% of the respective subscription plan or service opted prior to activation of services.
It will take 5-7 working days to reflect after payment is initiated.
You can apply coupon code at the time of making the payment so as to avail the associated benefit.
